Booking and Cancellation Policy

Each service requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your appointment day and time (amount may vary with Halloween & Bridal services). The deposit is applied to the total cost of services, with the remainder due immediately after services are rendered. All deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled within 12 hours of the time the appointment was initially BOOKED.

 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, a $10.00 fee will be applied, and you can transfer your deposit from the original appointment date. If scheduled appointments are rescheduled within 48 of scheduled time appointment time, a $25.00 fee will incur. If the desired rescheduling date is unavailable, another date within 60 days of original appointment date must be selected or the deposit will be forfeited. In the rare event that the makeup artist cancels, a full deposit refund will be provided within 1 business day.  A $15 charge will be added to all services reserved for holidays (including October 31st). A $15 charge will be added to all appointments booked before 7 am and after 7 pm (including travel time). 

 

Please arrive promptly to your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time is subject to cancellation. Clients who miss appointments without any notice will be required to pay for the full-service amount at the time of booking for any future appointments.
