Is this a salon?
You will receive services in a private studio located in a warehouse that has been renovated into artists studios, mostly occupied by photographers. GOREgeous Makeup by Liv is located on the 2nd floor of the building. The main entrance is always locked for our safety, so it is important to text upon your arrival so I can let you in and escort you to the studio.
Is there street parking?
There is street parking available, but we prefer to use the private parking lot for the building. Please park inside the green iron gates in the parking lot, located directly across from the car state inspection building. The main entrance is a glass door inside of the courtyard.
Can you cut & color my hair?
Unfortunately, no. The hair styling provided is hot tool styling & updo hair styling only. We do not provide blow outs and we are not equipped with a shampoo bowl. If you need a fantastic hair salon, I strongly recommend XO Hair Lab in Chesapeake for all of your hair cutting & coloring needs.
Are false lashes included with my service?
False lashes are included with every service! We have a few options to choose from that are included with the price of your service, as well as larger, more dramatic reusable lashes available for purchase to be applied during the service. If you have a pair of lashes you love & want to wear, you're welcome to bring them and I will apply them for you.
Do you only do spooky makeyp?
I get asked this question all the time! Halloween makeup only makes up a very small percentage of my business. While I love doing spooky makeup, I do all kinds of makeup regularly!
