This is for services outside of the studio
Service Description
All sessions are to take place at my studio, located at 2501 Fawn St. If you require your session to take place at a different location, you must request a location change. Travel & set up starts at a flat rate of $30.00 within 15 miles of my studio and $1 per mile after the first 15 miles. A $250 service minimum is required for sessions outside of my studio on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and all holidays. Travel at distances over 3+ hours from my studio may require accommodations and additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Each service requires a 50% deposit (amount may vary with Halloween & Bridal services) deposit at the time of booking to reserve your appointment day and time. The deposit is applied to the total cost of services, with the remainder paid immediately after services are rendered. All deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the time the appointment was initially BOOKED. If you need to reschedule your appointment, a $10.00 fee will be applied, and you can transfer your deposit from the original appointment date. If scheduled appointments are rescheduled within 48 of scheduled time appointment time, a $25.00 fee will incur. If the desired rescheduling date is unavailable, another date within 60 days of original appointment date must be selected or the deposit will be forfeited. In the rare event that the makeup artist cancels, a full deposit refund will be provided within 1 business day. Please arrive promptly to your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time is subject to cancellation. Clients who miss appointments without any notice will be required to pay for the full service amount at the time of booking for any future appointments.
